I can't recall seeing any guides for the island.  You could work with a taxi for a guided tour perhaps.  The entire Island is 7 miles end to end, with a good hunk being beaches.  We covered most of it in 2 hours with a golf cart.

Did you rent the golf cart prior to cruising?  Did they have seatbelts (we will have our 4 year old grandson)?  Did you see the stingrays while you were out and about, or did you simply ride around?

Golf carts do NOT have seat belts.  Sting rays are off shore, not along the beaches,or accessible beaches on the south western side.  You will see wild horses, mules and dogs.

The main taxi company in GT is Mama Dea's. The company does run tours, but all the taxi drivers are native and very proud of, very familiar with the island.  You'll get a better sense of the island from them than a golf cart or a jeep.

Yes, we pre-booked with Omar a month or two out.  There's a review of mine probably a few pages in.

The golf cart did not have seatbelts as noted.   Also as noted, at least where we went you could not see into the water (someone did say there was a beach you could take the carts on but we did not go there or even look for it.
