Purchasing spa services in advance

If we purchase spa services online prior to sailing, do they still add the gratuity? I know purchasing online prior you get a discount, just wondered if when you redeemed the purchase, do they charge you a tip?

Thanks in advance!

I think they might.  I purchased a couple pf spa things for my wife and she didn't look at the receipt/account statement and went ahead and tipped the person.  Then at some point during our cruise she discovered she had double-tipped because a gratuity was already added.  Best advice I can give is check the receipt/statement or just ask if it is included.

They do add the gratuity on board after you receive your service. It will be clear on the receipt what the gratuity was. They do leave a blank space for you to add extra. If you leave it blank they will just get the 18% which is automatically added.
