Catamaran excursion?

Hi all, 

 

Arriving on a Thursday at 10 am on the equinox and tendering to port.   I would love to do a catamaran excursion with stops to multiple places and not really feel rushed.  The research ive done (Martins, Captian Bryans) look like tours start around noon and last 3 hours.  Is this fun?  Are there any other more relaxed catamaran runs?  Should we take a catamaran cruise in Cozumel instead?  We are looking for some time on a cat. and seeing some cool things in the water... Any help appreciated?

I would do the catamaran in Cozumel but that comes from someone who can go to sting ray city every day if i could. Pick a different way to go to sting ray city, if that is what you are also looking for.
