Just read a poor revue of Britannia, in fact not a revue in reality - non existent advice from the travel agent !!!

The guy in question booked adjacent cabins ……. on arrival at the ship they were not and on different decks!!!

When booking IF one selects a particular CABIN  and you want it to remain so, then tick the box NO UPGRADE.

I assume this was not done and the party were upgraded be it not adjacent.

In essence an appalling revue and very inaccurate.
