New Ad campaign announced by Celebrity

I always viewed X as one of those word-of-mouth cruise lines.

Heavily at times, nearly none at others. There for a while, one commercial (I recall the guy in the office staring at his vertical blinds and thinking about his Celebrity cruise) was on one or another of the channels we were watching on cable just about nightly.

The RCCL ads drive me nuts. Especially when you're on a ship and you hear it every time you turn on the TV... bom bom bom ba bom bom ba batta bom...

Their web page is equally bad in this regard, and there's no button that I can find to turn off the sound. I always wind up turning down the computer's sound to get rid of it.

Frankly, I think X had a winner with its "simply the best" theme several years back and IMHO that would still work as a great ad campaign. QUOTE]

 

I agree!!:) my husband and I still sing it when we are talking about cruising:D
