payment options

Hi all, 

 

call me crazy, but I cant seem to find any option on royals website to pay off the balance of my cruise? (balance is not due until the end of march)

and also, does anyone know if its possible to pay the balance via bank transfer, or is a credit card the only option?

Call Royal to pay off the cruise.  You can ask about bank transfer then.

Always charge it on my Celebrity Visa and then use the points for OBC.  I call Royal to pay.

You're not the only one!!! You're supposed to be able to pay online for cruises booked online!

 

Even when clicking on the 'Pay for My cruise' button it just takes us to the new dashboard which, when logged in, displays all the current bookings but other than the cruise planner, NOTHING else can be done with the booking.

 

Tried logging into 'Countdown To Cruise' accessible via FAQs, it shows the correct cruise details but no payment options?

 

I don't think Royal's website will ever be fixed and returned to a useable standard!
