Parking - Miami - Fascination

When we went on the Imagination last year we were able to park in an open-air lot right next to the pier at which the ship was docked.... I was wondering if it would be that easy for the Fascination. From the webcam, there seems to be a parking garage next to her pier, but I have no way of knowing if it's completed or not. Last year they were doing a lot of construction on the parking facilities.

 

How easy is parking for the Fascination at the Port of Miami?
