Blue Lagoon excursion in Bahamas

My husband and I are thinking of taking the beach excursion through Royal Caribbean to Blue Lagoon, our ship docs in Nassau at 12:00, i was looking at comments  about the last ferry back to the cruise port  leaving at 4:15, would we have enough time on the beach and would this be worth it?  Thank you

Yes plenty of time for beach, we enjoyed our stay there and watched the dolphins practice :}

Sometimes it's quite hot at the beach- depending on month.  3 hrs. was plenty for us.
