Formal nights - Caribbean Princess

We're sailing on 2/16 - can anyone tell me the recent formal nights on board the Caribbean Princess?  2/17 is the day at sea, which I thought would be the first formal night, but I saw another suggestion that it might be 2/18, Grand Cayman.  Thanks for any feedback.
