Native Choice tours.... closed?

I filled out their reservation form on Sunday and haven't heard back.  I emailed them again on Monday.  And now I'm calling with no answer.  Does anyone know if they've closed shop?

 

Any other recommendations for mayan ruins tours?

I have been in constant contact with them about a tour inquiry for this coming December. Excellent customer service. I would email them which is what I did using the email address on their website.
