Independece, genie lamp blocking promenade view

Hi 

I was trying to figure out what rooms are blocked by the genie lamp on Independence of the seas, do you think I got the numbers right? Is the black dot for room 8331 and the red dot for room 8631?

Only if you are trying to look into the cabin across from that room

I would think the rooms above those would be blocked as well.  That thing is pretty annoying.
