Spent 2 days in Hong Kong. Very crowded because of Chinese New Year. Could hardly navigate through the streets. Yesterday in Sanya. Densely populated vacation island off southern coast of Hong Kong. Sort of Asian Hawaii but with casinos. More about the ship tomorrow

Also looking forward to hearing more about the voyage,  we're doing the second half of your circle from Singapore up through Cambodia and Vietnams in a little over 8 weeks and are starting to pick some trips and decide what we want to do.

Where did you dock in HK? The documents don't say, they suggest Kai Tak as the trip descriptions include "hop on hop off from Kai Tak" and mention getting to the main island via the tunnel, however the ship is currently on the Ocean terminal arrivals list, and that would be much more convenient too.

Have a great trip and any tips for fun excursions, or even those less so, would be really handy.

In Hong Kong we boarded the ship at Kai Tak. Depends on scheduling. Ocean terminal much nicer and closer to Kowloon. Kai Tak very basic.

Today we are in Hundred Islands Philippines. Tendering. Two trips scheduled, both on outrigger canoes. Opted to stay on board as the pool seemed more inviting.

Have had Dover Sole at the Grill. The best ever. Last night was formal night and sat at a hosted table. Lobster was outstanding.

Haven't seen a show yet as getting sleep cycle back to normal. Pool deck too small for 600 passengers.

Otherwise very pleased.
