Flow Rider at Margaritaville

How is the flowrider at Margartitaville compared to the ones on RCL ships?

We are cruising into Grand Turk on Carnival but my kids love the flowrider on RCL. My DD (17) lives on it even sailing out on NY when its cool/cold. If its open she is there. So I wanted to surprise her with some flowrider time. My thought was to flow ride first off ship then walk down to Jacks Shack. Any tips to get morning flowrider time? When I book it thru Carnival is says 8:45 for the 1.5 hour whole flowrider but is it actually 8:45 or later in the day?

Any advice or recommendations I would appreciate it.
