Kids Club on Anthem- any recent experience?

Recommended Posts

We were on Anthem with 11 yr old granddaughter and there were a handful of kids.  She enjoys the program although this time there did not seem to be much to do, just time in the Adventure Ocean rooms.  The nice part of that is she likes meeting new kids but does not like a lot of kids because they get rowdy and loud.  Not sure if that answers your question but she enjoys the time away from us and we always let her go at least once with the kids to dinner.

We were on the the Anthem last year when it sailed to Bermuda. The one downside is that Adventure Ocean is at the front of the ship, so it moves a lot if you're sailing in choppy waters in the open ocean. Our child actually got motion sickness and threw up, so he couldn't stay there long.

They do have 2 floors with an open play area on the lower deck that is nice to stop by as a short distraction if you are just looking for something to do in between other activities on the ship.

It was not crowded at all when we were on, but there also weren't as many things to do as the bigger ships like Harmony that have a kids theater.
