Restaurant on Dream deck 11

What eating facility is on the Dream deck 11 above the Lido restaurant?  It says “The Gathering” on the deck plan, so is it just an extension of the Lido restaurant, or maybe (hopefully) the Italian restaurant?

It is the Italian and it's called Pasta Belle.  Free for lunch.

It's the perfect spot for lunch on embarkation day.  No one realizes it is even there until about halfway through the cruise, so it's not a madhouse on the first day like the buffet!
