Emerald Staus and Complimentary Drink in the Cabin

I'm trying to recall if being Emerald gets you a free bottle of water or soda in the cabin.  I tried to find it under Crown and Anchor benefits but since they completely over hauled the web info, I can't find it now.  If so, can you still contact them on line or do you have to call?  If calling, can you please provide a good phone number?  Thx!
