UUNetBill Posted February 14, 2019 #2 Share Posted February 14, 2019 They had the NCAA Championship football game on last month. Not sure if they'll show the entire tournament, though - might depend on the cost. Maybe Final Four games?

GOARMY Posted February 14, 2019 #5 Share Posted February 14, 2019 Based on past experience--Feb, 2014 Super Bowl: You should ask, and ask, and ask just to be sure. Initially, when boarding that Far Eastern Voyager (Sydney to Singapore) cruise in late January, no commitment. They were "looking into it." Kept asking, in a nice way. Really, a First World issue. But, the Seahawks were in it. (So was--who was it? Oh, yeh. Denver.) Comes early February. Yes. Telecast would be Live, and shown in the Theater. With popcorn, and such. With the time difference between New Jersey and that Indonesian port we were docked at, kick-off was around 8:00am. Regent also did a really-neat thing. To accommodate those who would be on a morning excursion, the telecast would be reshown in all suites later that afternoon. We were on our best behavior not to give away the final score. That was a great experience. Most of the Denver fans left the Theater shortly after the 2nd Half kickoff. (The 'Hawks ran that one back for yet-another TD.) We stayed to the end. Then, had a nice Veranda lunch accompanied by champagne. So, the take-away is to ask. GOARMY!

Docnduck Posted February 15, 2019 #7 Share Posted February 15, 2019 They did show the final game last year in the Mediterranean at 3 AM On the Explorer. It was interrupted by a search for a man overboardfrom another ship. There were some Michigan fans on board, but everyone was cool. Go Nova.
