Name Change before Total Paid and Check-IN

Have a question.

 

Looking to change the name of 2 people in our cabin. We sail on July 6th. Payment is paid in full currently. Rest due by May 7th. Check-in is Apr 7th. Can we change the name of passengers now with no charge since we are not all the way paid with no fees?

 

Any clarification here would be greatly appreciated!

how did you book? if it is an early saver booking, there is a 50 dollar per person fee for a name change

We have 2 cabins and five people cruising the only names they have so far is mine on one cabin  and my wife on the other because the grandkids are under 25. We are booked early saver I booked 18 months out as soon as the dates became available.tthe other 3 are listed tba.

We had already filled out the names. But we just had some close friends book and wanted to change the rooms up a bit if at all possible without being charged to do so
