Edge Dining Questions

I was just reviewing the menus the Edge specialty restaurants and have a couple of questions.

 

1. In Eden, can you choose both items from a course, or do they limit you to one item per course from the either/or menu? There are a couple of courses where both items look appealing.

2. In Prime Cut, is there an upcharge for the premium cuts, such as the Tomahawk and the 30 day aged cuts? If so, what is the charge?

Not sure if Eden would permit both items from a course; if not, assuming you are dining with someone, you can each order different pairs of items and share them.

 

Celebrity's website lists the upcharges for the premium cuts of beef (I am cutting and pasting below):

PREMIUM CUTS

USDA 30 Day Dry Aged Prime Bone In NY Steak 16 oz. $15

USDA 30 Day Dry Aged Prime Bone In Ribeye 25 oz. $20

Australian Wagyu Tomahawk (for two) 50 oz. $25
