4th Passenger Cancels w/ NRD

I have been searching, but having trouble finding an answer.

 

Prior to Final Payment with a $250 non refundable  deposit, what happens when passenger 4 cancels? Is it rebooked at the new rate? The ship is Harmony if that makes any difference.

I believe $100 of the deposit is lost and the remining $150 is credited to the booking.  I don't believe there is any repricing.
