Shade at Coco Cay

I see from pictures that there is a lot of seating near the Oasis Lagoon.  It looks like a lot of umbrellas.  Are these first come first serve?   Does anyone have a recommendation on the best place to sit for maximum shade?

I believe the Oasis Lagoon is one of the new features of the Perfect Day experience, which is not yet open.  So there's been no reports with regard to how umbrellas are obtained.

There used to be lots of shade, but don't know now after construction.
