Taxi cost to get to Santa Maria beach from cruise port?

Hi, We want to take a taxi to the beach for an hour when we are Havana. Anyone with experience of doing this please let me know cost of taxi, did the taxi wait for you or can you flag a taxi easily to get back to the cruise ship?
