Need C3 Cabin Recommendations on Summit

Need help in C3 cabin selection on Summit.

Choices are 8134 and 9175 (higher deck, under buffet, but not sure if it will be noisy or not)

9175 looks to be under the carpeted area, but you could hear carts wheeling by early in the morning.  Also, people could be looking down onto your balcony from the port holes in the floor.    I would choose 8134, near the aft elevators and stairs, 2 flights up to the buffet.

Thanks for your opinion and letting me bounce it off someone.  I forgot about the port holes in the floor and a possible privacy issue.

I changed my cabin to 8134.
