MSC transfer Malpensa to Genova

We have booked transfer at Msc throught our travel agent from Malpensa to Genova. We are flying to Malpensa airport at night on 13th of March. We stay at an airport hotel( Roxy hotel at Terminal 2). Next day(14th March) we have the transfer booked from the airport to Genova port (to Belissima). Our travel agent can't tell where the buses departing from. Can someone tell us where we should find the MSC transfer  buses? Are they available from Malpensa Terminal 2?

In MXP Terminal 2 ist the easyjet (budget) terminal.

The main terminal is nr 1. 

Buses are from Terminal 1. There isca transfer service from Terminal 2 to 1.

In Terminal 1 i have seen MSC, but in terminal 2 not.

We never use the MSC Transfer to Genova, we are travelling by train or our car.
