Are you able to get a drink from specialty restaurants to go, even if not dining?

A lot of people have very helpfully posted full menus from specialty restaurants onboard (such as L'Atelier or Hola on Bellissima).

Those restaurants have some really interesting and quality beverages that probably aren't available generally onboard.

However I'm in the very fortunate situation of having a premium plus package, which includes specialty restaurants.

So I was wondering if I could say, walk into Hola and ask for a Punk IPA and take it to go? Or into L'Atelier and ask for a glass of Fronsac Chateau la Vieille Cure? Because that would be just awesome! Or is it not allowed or just not a 'done thing'?

Thanks @steamboats for the menus here! I wasn't sure whether to make this a new post or a reply to another so apologies if it should've just been a reply.
