Drink package for super family cabin?

I understand you must purchase the drink pkg for in a cabin, however I noticed on our invoice they split our booking into 2 cabins (connecting), with 4 of us in 1 and 2 in the other.  Could we get the drink package for just one of the cabins, as one of the adults isnt a drinker?  Or is per "booking" regardless of cabin arrangements?

 

Sorry, one more question, one daughter will be 20, is that an adult on a Med cruise?  Will she have to get the adult or kids drink package?

welcome to Europe, where we most certanly stop beeing kids at the age of 18😁  she can even have a drink if she want to🥂
