How is Pride - Mexican Riviera Route for snorkeling?

Hi. My husband is a big snorkeling fan & I was wondering if the Pride's itinerary would be good for snorkeling:
(PS- we would be going in late July)

Puerto Vallarta
Mazatlan
Cabo San Lucas

We did not go snorkeling on our last cruise on the Pride but from feedback from the ones that went Cabo was the best, the water in Maztlan is to Murky, and PV was ok. You must remember that the the water is never as warm as the Carribean but would be nice in July. Good Luck

Cabo is probably the best, but about 10 years ago we did snorkeling in PV and it was wonderful. We spent a week there over Thanksgiving and the water was not cold. It was so humid outside the water that you were just thankful for the refreshing water. LOL
