Dawn AFT Penthouse (SF) Bid on Owners Suite (SB)

Can anyone who has been on a category (SF) on Dawn tell me if a bid to an Owners Suite (SB) is worth it.  I know you have to weigh the amount already paid for the SF and the amount the bid would cost for the SB.

 

But more specifically would it be worth the upgrade lets say if the final price was 3k below the current booking price?

 

The trip that is coming up is on Dawn for Canada/New England leaving June 8 2019.
