need advice

My family will be on the Miracle March 12, my DMIL is affraid of water and I am needing to know what types of shore excursion that we could do,there will be 6 of us two 17 y/o a 7 y/o, and 3 adults.Thanks in advance

Will the MIL get off the ship for a smaller boat?

My wife is afraid of deep water but it was her suggestion to go snorkeling. Had a blast.

On every Island they are many land based excursions. You can check them out on the web site.

Costa Maya has magnificent Mayan ruin tours.. Can she walk a bit? This was the highlight of our trip. BTW the beach here is very rocky..not the best port for the beach..

 

If you want to just get off walk around and shop then sit on a chaise by the pool they have for the public off the pier.. she can dangle her legs in.. They also have some entertainment at the pier..

the Tender could be a bit much..but seat her in the middle of the Tender!

Myan ruins in Belize thru Carnival...Altun Ha...if she can handle it you can also get there by boat up the River Wallace. Great tour..

WHOA!! Does DMIL realize that a cruise ship actually cruises in the OCEAN??? :p LOL! Good luck! I'm sure you will find plenty to do... Costa Maya has a shopping area, and then you can take a taxi off to the beach where she could just relax. There are also ruins in many of the ports... check out the ports of call boards... have a great cruise!
