Go to your user name in the upper right portion of the page - there is a "down arrow" there,

 

Click on it and you will see 'profile" under "content"

 

In the profile pic box, you will be able to upload a pic or import one from a URL - Accepted file types are gif, jpeg, jpe, jpg, and png - Max file size is 0.98MB

 

After you upload, it gives you a chance to "center" your pic

 

If you're happy with it - some are a bit out of focus - you can safe it or change it
