Yes, except for when the ship is in Glacier Bay National Park waters.

 

For clarity's sake I assume you are asking about the Casino opening hours. You are free to "gamble" amongst yourselves anytime. 🤐

I think this is a good question,even though I don't gamble.  I know the casino stays closed while in the Chesapeake Bay.  I think it has to do with various state laws.

 

Yes as in "Yes, it is the same [as Hawaii] in Alaska" (a direct answer to the OP's ultimate question).

 

And to further clarify "gamble" when I was on Golden Princess to Alaska last summer Bingo was also held the day we sailed Hubbard Glacier. So yes for that game of chance as well.
