Question about this Princess Tour - White Pass Rail, Summit, Gold Panning & BBQ Lunch

I am looking at this tour for our stop in Skagway on our Princess cruise - White Pass Rail, Summit, Gold Panning & BBQ Lunch.  One of the people in the group does not eat meat and according to the tour description we get to eat ribs and chicken.  Will there be anything for her to eat besides salad?

If I remember correctly this was a buffet lunch (went about 8 years ago).  I think there was cornbread or a biscuit and a starch as well.  She can always bring along food as a precaution.
