Has anyone used this company instead of booking excursions through the cruise line?

My mom used them to book our tour to Emerald Lake, Caribou Crossing, and the Caribou Crossing Sled Dog camp. We had a great driver/tour guide and were on a private tour with just our family of 6. I know they are a "middleman" but it worked just fine for us. She also booked the Deadliest Catch Crab Fishing excursion in Ketchikan with them and saved some money on one of the excursions by booking 2 with Alaska Shore Tours. With the discount, it was less than booking independently (she checked). We didn't have a problem with either booking.

We booked the helicopter with dog sled tour with them in Juneau.  It was great.
