St Thomas Vow Renewal

My husband surprised me with a cruise for our 10 year anniversary. We are cruising on Carnival Breeze in December of 2019. I need help picking a beach to have a vow renewal on!? We have about 20 people traveling with us, we will be in port from 11:30-7, and it will be a short ceremony. 

We have picked Island Mike for our wedding planner and he suggest lindquist beach or Magen’s bay. Also what time of day should the ceremony be? I want the blue waters for photos but don’t really want to be squinting during photos.
