Shareholders Benefits

I wonder if someone can help.

A holder of at least 100 Carnival Corp plc is entitled to shareholder benefits

For Costa these are 75€ per cabin forA 7 DAY-13 day cruise

However it says

" This benefit is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and, cannot be used for casino credits/charges and gratuities charged to your onboard account. Only one onboard credit per shareholder-occupied stateroom"

Any ideas what it can be used for ?

I am using shareholders benefit for years and can say that you have many other possibilities to spend it: drinks in bar, excursions or transfers bought on ship, spa (including pass to thermal area) ...

You can spend it also in one of shops on the ship.

  • 2 weeks later...

My last cruise, I had a Brindiamo package and paid HSC in cash, everything else I used was covered by OBC, I paid nothing extra.

The cruise before that I didn't have a drink package (group booking) but I still paid very little beyond HSC.
