Men's Clothing Deals - Dubai or Singapore?

We are sailing Dubai to Singapore and I will shop for some pants, shirts, etc...For the best deals and QUALITY (without using any chains!) which place will have the best options. We have 3 days in Dubai and 5 in Singapore so custom made could be an option.

Clothes shopping in Dubai sucks, imo.  the malls are very nice, but the major brands are more expensive they are in the USA.  
 

Singapore is better from the perspective that along side the Versace and Prada, there are many fashion brands that are made in China/Vietnam and have standalone outlets in the malls.  Think Asian versions of Aldo or Zara.

 

Orchard Road in Singapore will have everything along the spectrum from cheap to couture, and yes, get something custom made (there are some good places in Chinatown that will make you a suit in a day,) but don't forget to bargain a little!
