Summit question

Can anyone tell me if the ocean view cabins on deck 3 are directly under the casino or are they under the actual deck 4 area. Concerned about noise from the slot machines, foot traffic, etc. thanks

We cruised on the Summit last October for 14 nights.  Our cabin was on Deck 3, forward.  We were up and down that hallway and never heard any noise.  I don't think you have anything to worry about.  It's a great location.

Aft of the Grand Foyer you are under a lounge, forward of the GF you are either under the casino or other public areas.  Look at the link and scroll to the bottom of the page.

We were on the Summit deck 3 in Oct.  Q u i e t.  Our room was starboard forward from guest relations.

Love to hear that deck 3 is quiet.  I would sleep through anything but my wife needs a soundproof room almost.

I am a light sleeper.   I retire about 11ish and DH continues his casino fun. 

We have done Summit 5 times in less than 5 yrs and this last time on deck 3. It was a last minute cruise and staterooms were sparse. The entire deck was peaceful and pleasant.  I heard absolutely nothing from above.  Enjoy.

Thanks for the replies.  So glad to learn it’s quiet. We never had an ocean view or been on deck 3. Usually deck 6 or 7 but this cruise, New England /Canada is quite expensive so opted for an Oceanview.  It will be October so would imagine it will be too cold to enjoy a balcony anyway.  Never been on the Summit but great that it just came out of a huge dry dock.
