Vegan/Vegetarian Choices on Seaside (Yacht Club)

Hello all, I'm reaching out to see what choices are available on Seaside for Vegan/Vegetarian choices? We will be sailing in YC, and will most likely be dining there quite a bit, however considering the Asian restaurants and other venues (Buffet, etc) for quick trips for lunch, snacks, late night munchies, etc.

 

We travel on NCl frequently, and what we've done there is request with the Haven Restaurant Vegan choices in advance.  Does MSC and the YC offer the same opportunity to pre-arrange some choices?

 

Lastly, what are the Indian food choices like on the Buffet? they usually will satisfy my wife's Vegan/Veggie appetite.
