Making payments on line

I am sailing in December for the first time with MSC. I’m trying to manage their website the best I can.  I have a question about making payments.  I logged in to manage my cruise and the only selection I had to choose to pay was the total balance. Is this the norm?  I like to pay on the balance every payday and with the other cruise line I am very familiar with, I have that option. 

 

I hope that I don’t have to call to make a payment because the wait for someone to pick up long.

Call at 9am EST and there will be no wait.   Yes you need to call. I have never had a problem calling first thing when they open in USA Oh wait, never had a problem when I called  any time at all.
