Luggage storage--Lima

Before our South American cruise, we plan to fly from Lima to Cusco, and then visit Machu Picchu.  We don't want to schlep cruise luggage on the smaller planes.  Has anyone found secure luggage storage in Lima?  Thanks!

We stayed in Lima (actually Miraflores) over night before flying to Cuzco so just stored our luggage at our hotel.  All hotels are accustomed to storing luggage for situations such as yours and generally do not charge for it.  If you are staying at a hotel in Lima after your trip to MP you could also look into storing luggage there.  If you are not staying in Lima overnight at all you also have the option of using one of the left luggage/locker options at the airport.  They are kind of pricey, though, if you have a lot of luggage or will be gone many days.

We are planning something similar in 2021.  I would love to hear how the trip goes. What tour company and were you happy. We would be picking up a princess cruise in santiago back to lauderdale.
