Yes they do but it will be a simple drive through, i would plan ahead just because your with luggage.

Ok...luggage storage and an early lunch at Barachinas might be in cards with a walk in between...

There are more than a few places to get a cup of great Puerto Rican coffee if everything is not open yet.  Café Mallorca, Bombanera and Casa Cortes Choco Bar come to mind.  Depending on the day of the week, the airport might be really crowded, so plan ahead.  Sundays' can be especially busy.
