Post cruise

Our flight is not until 2:10 pm too early for Celebrity’s post cruise offering.  We dock at the Pan American pier...so taxi to Barachinas to store our luggage and walk around for a bit?

Works for us for most trips.  You will probably get to  Old San Juan before it fully opens, but it also means the streets are pretty empty.

That’s about the same time we leave San Juan in September & tentatively the same plan.  We may have to taxi our luggage from the main port (not PanAm) to Barachinas as I’m not sure these old bones want to lug 4 suitcases 1/2 a mile.

Why not tour with your luggage and get dropped of at the airport afterwards:)

Yes they do but it will be a simple drive through, i would plan ahead just because your with luggage.

There are more than a few places to get a cup of great Puerto Rican coffee if everything is not open yet.  Café Mallorca, Bombanera and Casa Cortes Choco Bar come to mind.  Depending on the day of the week, the airport might be really crowded, so plan ahead.  Sundays' can be especially busy.
