1st time 2/11/from Miami NCL Sun FOD? GL?

I am a solo L woman, celebrating turning 60, going on my first cruise after losing my longtime partner to cancer recently. Any other GL people traveling on this Western Carribean adventure? ANY helpful hints would be appreciated re: packing, excursions, dining, etc. would be appreciated.
