WINDJAMMER Special/Theme Menus on Symphony of the Seas . . .

Does anyone know what the special/theme menus are in the Windjammer for dinner on Symphony of the Seas?  And what schedule is?   I promised the kids we would have dinner there at least one night and want to make sure we pick the correct night to go there.  Would prefer seafood or bbq night.

Our experience is that the theme schedule (if any) can change cruise to cruise.  Go ask the Windjammer chef once you board.
