Specialty Restaurant Bookings

I have an O cruise next Spring with a few couples.  One couple is in a PH suite.  Us and other friends are in Concierge Level Veranda .  Can my friends in the PH Suite book a table for all of us when their booking date opens, even though we can't book until a later date?  Thanks!

 

I know that anyone can book with friends using their booking number.

I know that anyone can book with friends using their booking number.  

Your Penthouse Friends won't be able to book a larger table before your booking deadline, but they may book a table for themselves, and then add additional guests (based on availability) as your reservation window opens.  

It should be noted that the Booking #'s for all parties will be needed in order to amend the reservation and that each visit to a Specialty counts against ones' "guaranteed number of Reservations" , regardless of who calls in the reservation.

Thanks so much for your response.  So my PH friends can book the four specialty restaurants for themselves, then when our window opens up they should add us to their reservation using our booking numbers.  Sounds good!
