Lake Buena Vista to Orlando (Port Canaveral) Transportation

I will be attending a conference in Lake Buena Vista and staying at a hotel there the night before the cruise on July 22.  What is the least expensive way to get from Lake Buena Vista to the cruise port?  I've already booked my airport transfer to the airport after the cruise.  Thanks for your help.

UberX to PC for about $70+ is one option. If your hotel offers a shuttle back to MCO there are several shared shuttles to the port for about $20+. Check with Cortrans and Cocoa Beach Shuttle. I would also look at a one way rental car.
