Price drop Elation 6/27/04 cruise

Had a cabin with 4 (4b) and notice a $500.00 decrease in price from when I booked and call my T.A. today and they got me a two cat. upgrade and the $500.00 refund, then I looked at the booking infor. from the Carnival webb site and it seem I was only paying $60.00 less for the 3rd and 4th passagers so I call my TA back and said if this is correct get me two cabins. Well I now have two cabins with a two cat.(4d) upgade and $380.00 savings from the origanal booking price.
