NCL excursion to St. Martins & The Bay Of Fundy

Has anyone taken the NCL excursion to St Martins and the Bay of Fundy.  I dont typically book ship excursions, however, I have some OBC to burn and thought this might be a good way to burn it.  We really want to walk in the sea caves.  I saw a couple of other excursions recommended by others, but they were all private and do not do individuals (there is only 2 of us).  If anyone knows of other excursions that will take just 2 people that would be great.  Would love to find one that would go to the caves during  low tide.

Haven't done it, but even if gets you to the right place it will not guarantee sea floor access! Check the tide times against your port times - unless low tide fits somewhere within the period of say ~2 hours after you arrive (takes time to disembark, get on buses, and make the ~1 hour drive) until ~3 hours before you are due to arrive (cruise excursions will be timed to get back at least an hour before scheduled departure, plus drive time, plus you need time to actually walk around on the sea floor) then you won't get to do it. Even if it does fit in those times, still no guarantees - they may always route the bus the same way rather than flip destinations, so while you could have potentially done the walk if you were at the sea caves first or last, if the bus visits last or first instead you'd be hooped.

Check tide times for the possibility - and if you have a window, rent a car (and brings appropriate footwear for slippery sand/rocks/mud!) and head there yourself at the right time to do it! Burn the OBC in another port where excursions are not tide-dependent instead. If you could only visit around High tide rather than Low, you can still see inside the caves on a kayak tour...
