I have $350 shore excursion fits that will be applied to my onboard credit. Can I use this in the Casino?

You can buy chips in the casino against your onboard account for a 3% fee. The debit against your account will be offset by any credits in your account. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "I have $350 shore excursion fits" but if these credits are part of the Free at Sea amenities program they will only be of value to you if you book shore tours through the ship.
