Western Cruise in March - Where should I go?

I'm interested in finding some interesting places where locals go and less of the "touristy" places. Does anyone have suggestions on where to go to experience the real culture in Grand Cayman, Ocho Rios or Cozumel? I am also interested in directions to any markets in those places that sell genuine handicrafts.
