Hours for Specialty Restaurants

We will be sailing on the Dawn in April. Do the specialty restaurants open for lunch? Salsa's menu looks nice for lunch as well as for dinner:) .

Was just on the Star, and the only specialty restaurant open for lunch was Ginza, and that was only on sea days.

On the Dawn, the Venetian, New York Deli (in Garden Buffet), Garden Buffet, Snack Bar (Bimini Bar) are open for lunch everyday. The Blue Lagoon is open 24 hours a day.

 

Bamboo is open for sushi lunch only on sea days, noon -2:00pm.
